Business Rates X-Ray is an evidence-led decision tool for the 2026 rating list. The free result is designed to be useful even when the conclusion is that no strong anomaly appears.
Our launch scope
The first release is deliberately narrow: England, with offices and mainstream industrial property such as factories, workshops and warehouses. Broader property categories should only be added when the valuation logic can be represented responsibly.
