2026 Revaluation Explorer
Compare your own rateable-value change with HMRC's published broad sector movement. This is context, not a substitute for property-level comparables or a professional valuation.
Enter your values to compare them.
A property can legitimately move very differently from its broad sector. Use this to decide what deserves investigation, not to claim an error.

What this can tell you
- Whether your percentage change is far above or below a broad market movement.
- Whether a dramatic increase may partly reflect the wider 2026 revaluation.
- Whether it is worth checking property facts and genuine comparables next.
What it cannot tell you
- Whether the VOA has valued your individual property correctly.
- Whether another property is a valid comparator.
- What reliefs or transitional rules should appear on your bill.
